Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
1)pre-order (1WEEKS) basis. Kindly take note on the pre-order deadline.
2)To confirm your order(s), 100% payment INCLUDING shipping fee has to be made latest on the pre-order deadline.

W/M: RM12
3)Order(s) will be cancelled, if we do not receive your payment on the day of the pre-order deadline.
4)Once full payment has been made, please send us a notification email, with the information below:
i. Order Number
ii. Your name and contact number
iii. Payment amount
iv. Date and time of bank-in
v. Bank transaction Reference number
5)Items are ordered and imported from overseas, and will usually take 1week or more from the date line for items to be delivered.
6)Should there be any delay, 24hrs-go-shopping will inform buyers in prior via email or sms.
7)For those who expect immediate delivery of stock or who cannot accommodate the time line for delivery, 24hrs-go-shopping advise you not to place your order to avoid any frustration.
8)All pre-order items are not refundable and/or not exchangeable.
9)The availability of item(s) can only be confirmed upon arrival. No cancellation is allowed unless the item(s) is/are out of stock, a full refund will be credited to your bank account or selection of another item(s).
